Never leave unattended. Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable items. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

For optimal performance of your Maison Antonius™ candle, we strongly advise adhering to the following guidelines:

• Ensure the candle burns for 3-4 hours each time or until the wax reaches the edges of the jar to avoid tunneling;

• Trim the wick after every use to prevent mushrooming and soot buildup on the candle jar. Always wait for the candle to cool down before trimming the wick;

• It is recommended to use a candle snuffer instead of blowing out the flame to minimize smoke and wax splatter;

• Cease burning the candle when only 1/4 inch of wax is left to ensure safety.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
